Beyond my academic pursuits, I'm a tennis player with a decade of experience on the court. I thrive on the challenges that sports present and the resilience it builds. I also have a love for debating and engaging in meaningful conversations, which ties into my passion for public speaking. ’ Paws for a Cause

'Paws for a Cause is a project close to my heart, where I combine my love for animals with a desire to make a meaningful impact on our communities. This initiative is deeply rooted in my lifelong affection for animals, especially dogs--a bond that began with Neo, my pet puppy who was like a baby brother to me. Neo's joyful presence filled my life with warmth, and though I lost him three years ago, his spirit continues to inspire me. He taught me the importance of caring for all animals and showed me how much love dogs have to offer.

With Paws for a Cause, I aim to foster a better understanding and relationship between humans and stray dogs. My journey to creating this project was shaped by the TIDE Social Changemakers Fellowship, where I gained invaluable insights into driving social change. Through this project, I hope to honor Neo's legacy by advocating for a world where every dog feels valued and understood.

Econometric Analysis of Tennis across countries

• Research Interest: Understanding the relationship between economic factors and sports development, particularly in tennis. • Project Description: I conducted a comprehensive econometric analysis of tennis advancement across more than 50 countries, focusing on macro-level factors such as GDP, population, and economic growth, as well as meso-level factors like the number of tennis clubs. Using regression analysis, The study aimed to identify trends that impact players' progression from junior to professional levels, highlighting the significance of both economic conditions and sports infrastructure in shaping athletes' careers. • Skills Developed: Through this project, I enhanced my analytical skills in econometrics, data collection, and statistical modelling. I also enhanced my ability to synthesize large datasets and interpret complex results, which are crucial in drawing meaningful conclusions in economic research.

Cost-Benefit Analysis of Electric Vehicles (EVs) for Indian Consumers

• Research Interest: Evaluating the economic and environmental impacts of emerging technologies. • Project Description: As a research assistant, I collaborated with a professor to perform a cost-benefit analysis of electric vehicles tailored for Indian consumers. This project involved evaluating various factors, including government incentives, operating costs, and purchase costs. By assessing the feasibility of EV adoption in India, the research aimed to provide insights into how economic factors influence consumer choices and promote a shift towards more sustainable transportation options. • Skills Developed: I developed skills in economic modelling, data analysis, and effective report writing. This project also enhanced my ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

Research Internship at Anant University, Ahmedabad. "Measuring Urban Progress in the Era of Climate Change"

• Explored innovative metrics for assessing urban development beyond traditional economic indicators. • I aimed to analyse new, resilient, and sustainable metrics that extend beyond GDP, incorporating aspects such as environmental sustainability, social equity, and community well-being. This research engaged various stakeholders to understand the complexities of urban development, emphasizing the need for a multidimensional approach to assess progress in cities facing climate challenges. "This project was especially meaningful because it tied into my interest in macroeconomics while showing me that evaluating economic growth requires a broader perspective, one that includes sustainability and adaptability to environmental changes. The insights and skills I gained during this internship will be highly beneficial as I continue my studies in macroeconomics and beyond. They have given me a deeper understanding of how to approach complex issues and how to integrate sustainability into economic analysis."

Internship at Nuvama Wealth Management ltd.

As a data analyst intern, I undertook the project to explore the relationship between inflation and stock markets. I correlated NIFTY50 Index and S&P Index with Year on Year CPI data of the last 25 years. My focus was on understanding how inflation trends affect market performance and using this knowledge to assist the company in making informed recommendations for clients. “The data analysis Prisha conducted was particularly insightful.
